The General Pension and Social Security Authority confirmed that the "Nafes" program is a pioneering step by the UAE government towards enhancing the competitiveness of national cadres to work in various private sector institutions and companies. She pointed out that the most important characteristic of the "Nafes" program is that it is comprehensive and integrated in terms of focusing on offering support programs with multiple aspects and goals.

The Authority said that as part of its efforts to promote this pioneering step, it will seek, through the awareness campaign that it is implementing during this December, to educate the insured working in the private sector of their rights and insurance obligations within this framework, especially since the Authority has received, through call centers, many inquiries about registration with the Authority. By newly employed in the private sector after registering in "Nafes", which confirms the positive consequences of the project, and citizens' keenness to know their rights and obligations within this initiative.
