"Emirates Today" and the Dubai Courts are launching a new humanitarian initiative to pay off the debts of 18 financially distressed citizens who are being prosecuted, as part of the "Yak Al-Awn" initiatives adopted by the newspaper, the Dubai Courts, and the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai, during the past years. The initiative targets 18 citizens who are being prosecuted, whose debts amount to 836 thousand and 774 dirhams. Studying their files and having them approved by the Dubai Courts Case Study Committee.

A judge in the Dubai Courts, Khaled Kansham, confirmed that the partnership between the “Charity Courts” initiative and “Emirates Today” contributes to giving defaulters an opportunity to return to their families and businesses, explaining that the “Yak Al-Awn” initiative was launched as part of the Charity Courts initiatives years ago, to enhance the concept of Social responsibility, developing the spirit of social solidarity, and strengthening the bonds of cooperation in society, individuals and institutions, by contributing to the payment of debts of insolvent people against whom court rulings have been issued by Dubai courts.👏🏻🇦🇪
