The activities of the World Government Summit 2023 began with the participants standing a minute of silence for the souls of the victims of the earthquake that struck Syria and Turkey, and Muhammad Al-Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Chairman of the World Government Summit Foundation, delivered the opening speech of the main session of the World Government Summit 2023 entitled "10 Years of Transformation". The World Government Summit 2023, in its current session, is witnessing a package of qualitative additions, in constant keeping pace with the rapid global changes, and for the summit to continue its most influential role as a platform to explore the future of governments, design mechanisms to face challenges, strive to improve the quality of life and promote scientific and technological progress.
